As aulas específicas, como Funcional, Pilates, Ritmos, etc são maravilhosas e, associadas a alimentação correta, dão muito resultado. Amo essa academia, somos uma família!
 I've been training there for almost 2 years. Simple but very complete gym. All instructors are trained in Physical Education and give the greatest attention. The specific classes, such as Functional, Pilates, Rhythms, etc. are wonderful and, associated with the correct food, give a lot of results. I love this gym, we are a family!

A localização é ótima, fica ao lado do metrô e o atendimento é muito bom.
Sem contar no preço.
Super vale a pena ir nessa academia, mas sugiro ir fora do horário de pico
The gym is small, but it has all the necessary equipment and plenty of aerobics classes.
The location is great, it is next to the subway and the service is very good.
