★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se seu objetivo for fazer Cárdio, corra dessa academia. As esteiras estão em condições ruins, bem velhas e apesar de ter uns 10 aparelhos de elíptico, apenas mulheres são permitidas a usar. Homens não podem!!
If your goal is to do Cardio, run from this gym. The treadmills are in poor condition, quite old and despite having about 10 elliptical machines, only women are allowed to use them. Men cannot!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia muito boa no geral, mas alguns pontos merecem atenção:
. Algumas vezes no período da noite não encontrei sabão para lavar as mão no banheiro, mas acho que estão tentando resolver o problema;
. Desorganização com o suporte de anilhas (pesos). As anilhas não são bem organizadas nos suportes, pois encontramos pesos pequenos misturados com grandes no mesmo lugar, sendo que os professores não educam os alunos na organização. Às vezes queremos pegar pesos iguais e estes estão espalhados por diversas "varas", não estando no mesmo local para facilitar a retirada. Também não há separação de anilhas profissionais (grosso calibre) das anilhas comuns (buraco menor) para facilitar retirar e guardar. Se pesos de 10 kg estivessem todos juntos no mesmo local e assim por diante, facilitaria muito. As anilhas profissionais para barras profissionais de grosso calibre também merecem lugar de destaque. Um pouco mais de organização não faz mal a ninguém.
Very good gym in general, but some points deserve attention:
. Sometimes at night I couldn't find soap to wash my hands in the bathroom, but I think they're trying to solve the problem;
. Disorganization with the support of washers (weights). The washers are not well organized on the supports, as we find small weights mixed with large ones in the same place, and teachers do not educate students in the organization. Sometimes we want to pick up equal weights and these are spread over several "sticks", not being in the same place to facilitate removal. There is also no separation of professional washers (thick gauge) from common washers (smaller hole) to facilitate removal and storage. If 10 kg weights were all in the same place together and so on, it would make it a lot easier. Professional washers for heavy duty professional bars also deserve special mention. A little more organization does no harm to anyone.

Tem pulldown máquina ao estilo Dorian Yates, tríceps na máquina sensacional, muito maquinário pesado e que completa k treino, acabei perdendo as fotos mas entrem no Instagram deles. @vemprafenix. Dono super gente fina, atendeu super bem e disponibilizou o espaço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Academia realmente parece ser muito bem equipada e com preço acessível, porém o atendimento telefônico é péssimo. Liguei hoje com interesse em conhecer a academia e fazer ma aula experimental antes de fechar um plano semestral ou anual, a atendente, chamada Rosana (se não me engano), informou que não possuem aula experimental, apenas o day use de 25 reais. Argumentei sobre a importância pra mim de fazer uma aula experimental para conhecer a academia/biomecânica dos aparelhos. Ao invés de respeitar a minha opinião, mesmo porque cada um tem a sua, ela discordou de mim, não me deixava falar, me interrompendo o tempo todo, foi grosseira e por fim, não quis conversa e foi desligando. Isso já foi mais que suficiente para que eu perdesse o interesse e nem ir conhecer a academia.
A academia pode ser realmente muito boa, mas atendimento e relacionamento com o cliente para mim é fundamental e primordial. Não basta apenas se achar o melhor, tem que fazer por onde.
The Gym really seems to be very well equipped and reasonably priced, but the phone service is terrible. I called today with interest in getting to know the academy and taking an experimental class before closing a semester or annual plan, the attendant, called Rosana (if I'm not mistaken), informed me that they don't have an experimental class, just the day use of 25 reais. I argued about the importance for me of taking an experimental class to get to know the gym/biomechanics of the devices. Instead of respecting my opinion, even because everyone has their own, she disagreed with me, wouldn't let me talk, interrupting me all the time, was rude and finally, didn't want to talk and hung up. That was more than enough for me to lose interest and not even go to the gym.
The gym can be really good, but customer service and relationship for me is fundamental and paramount. It's not enough just to find the best, you have to do it wherever.
