Fui no horário da manhã, a academia está disponível a partir das 5:30 e os instrutores são extremamente simpáticos, educados e orientam muito bem, principalmente pra quem está no primeiro treino. É uma academia sem muitas burocracias, indicada para aqueles que buscam um ótimo treino e o melhor custo benefício que já vi nesse seguimento.
Great place for a good workout! I went in the morning, the gym is available from 5:30 am and the instructors are extremely friendly, polite and give very good guidance, especially for those who are in the first practice. It's a gym without a lot of bureaucracy, suitable for those looking for a great workout and the best cost-benefit I've seen in this segment.
