★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muita opção de atividades, musculação, natação, dança, Hit, pode fazer tudo com uma mensalidade acessível, professores e personais muito bons, muito atenciosos, o espaço pra musculação, apesar de pequeno é muito prático, aparelhos bem versáteis, da pra fazer uns 3 tipos de exercícios em cada um, vale muito a pena se você é do bairro, fizeram uma reforma recentemente, ficou bem ajeitado, vale a pena conferir!
There are a lot of options for activities, weight training, swimming, dancing, Hit, you can do everything with an affordable monthly fee, very good teachers and staff, very attentive, the space for weight training, despite being small, is very practical, very versatile equipment, you can do it about 3 types of exercises in each one, it's really worth it if you're from the neighborhood, they've done a renovation recently, it's been well fixed, it's worth checking out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meus filhos são novos na natação dessa academia, eles estão adorando a dinâmica das professoras que estão sempre em duas na piscina, para maior conforto dos alunos e dos pais... não conheço a musculação mas já quero experimentar e conhecer o treino deles, é uma academia organizada e limpa, enfim estou gostando muito.
My children are new to swimming at this gym, they are loving the dynamics of the teachers who are always in two in the pool, for the comfort of students and parents... I don't know bodybuilding but I already want to try and know their training, yeah an organized and clean gym, I'm really enjoying it.
