★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não me disseram nada sobre a data do vencimento na hora da matrícula, porém quando eu sugeri uma data me disseram que o prazo para isso tinha passado e que se eu quisesse trocar eu deveria pagar pelos dias que supostamente eu estaria usando "gratuitamente". Achei de péssimo gosto, deveriam alertar os alunos sobre isso de imediato ao invés de cobrar indevidamente. Vontade de nem voltar mais!?
They didn't tell me anything about the due date at registration, but when I suggested a date I was told that the deadline for this had passed and that if I wanted to change I should pay for the days I was supposed to be using "for free". I thought it was in terrible taste, they should alert students about it immediately rather than charging unduly. Willing not to come back anymore!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável, fui pelo Gympass e queriam me cobrar avaliação e matrícula. Expliquei que não era da cidade e a mesma falou que era normal esse tipo de cobrança. Malho em várias cidades pois trabalho viajando e nunca vi esse tipo de cobrança.
Unbelievable, I went through Gympass and they wanted to charge me for evaluation and registration. I explained that I was not from the city and she said that this type of charge was normal. I work out in several cities because I work traveling and I've never seen this type of charge.
