★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo! Aparelhos ficam quebrados mais de mês sem ser possível usar. Não seguem medidas da Covid! Muita gente sem máscara e a sala de aula (dança/pilates/jump) não é permitido abrir as janelas, deixando a sala sem circulação do ar e extremamente quente, promovendo surtos de doenças respiratórias (Covid/gripe/etc). Reclamações foram feitas por todos os meios possíveis e a academia ignora seus clientes em 100% dos casos.
I do not recommend! Devices are broken for more than a month without being able to use. Don't follow Covid measures! Many people without a mask and the classroom (dance / pilates / jump) are not allowed to open the windows, leaving the room without air circulation and extremely hot, promoting outbreaks of respiratory diseases (Covid / flu / etc). Complaints have been made by all possible means and the gym ignores their customers 100% of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom custo-benefício, considerando o valor da mensalidade e a gama de aulas inclusas, além da possibilidade de utilizar qualquer unidade. Tem uma boa estrutura, estacionamento grande, e é bem aparelhada. Como toda academia, os horários de pico acabam sendo um pouco tumultuados, mas isso é inevitável. O restante do dia é tranquilo, sem grandes disputas ou espera para utilizar os aparelhos.
Como toda empresa, possui profissionais excelentes, outros nem tanto - para não dizer medíocres.
Outrossim, sinto falta de aulas de lutas nesta unidade.
Ao meu ver, é a melhor opção para musculação no bairro e adjacências.
Good value for money, considering the monthly fee and the range of classes included, in addition to the possibility of using any unit. It has a good structure, large parking lot, and is well equipped. As with any gym, peak hours end up being a little hectic, but that's inevitable. The rest of the day is quiet, without major disputes or waiting to use the devices.
Like any company, it has excellent professionals, others not so much - not to say mediocre.
Also, I miss fighting classes in this unit.
In my opinion, it is the best option for weight training in the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
