Ótimas instalações somente o recepcionista, sem empatia. Pedi 1 aula para minha filha, para fechar nossos planos anual. Fui negada!!
I went to meet the gym looking for swimming for me and my daughter, also weight training. I found the valet service cordial and differential.
Great facilities only the receptionist, no empathy. I ordered 1 class for my daughter, to close our annual plans. I was denied!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após a reforma a academia está incrível. Mas ainda faria algo mais, diminuiria a quantidade de aparelhos de cardio no piso térreo, levaria uma fileira de esteiras para o piso superior e aumentaria os aparelhos de musculação no primeiro piso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende telefone fixo,manda mensagem no wastsapp não responde a mensagem, ou seja academia é muito boa,mais o setor de comunicação é péssimo.
Tive que editar esse texto pois para minha surpresa responderam minha mensagem no chat depois de 02 horas de espera, Agora se preparem para a resposta da atendente,pedi para ela Remarcar à avaliação da minha filha que é (menor de idade)que por sinal a taxa da avaliação já foi paga , pois minha filha não estava se sentindo bem,não tinha como ela ir mesmo,pedi para moça remarcar a avaliação ela respondeu que só pessoalmente,eu perguntei porque? ela respondeu que são normas da empresa, sendo que ela poderia olhar no sistema as datas disponíveis da professora e falar,assim como se faz quando vai agendar consulta médica etc...
Agora eu vou ter que sair do meu trabalho para ir até academia para escolher uma nova data sendo que por wastsapp ou telefone ela poderia resolver tudo isso, Academia como falei antes é muito boa mais a comunicação é péssima, estamos em 2022 e ainda temos uma pandemia.A tecnologia está a todo vapor.. peço que tentem melhorar isso.

I had to edit this text because to my surprise they replied to my message in the chat after 02 hours of waiting, Now prepare for the answer from the attendant, I asked her to reschedule the evaluation of my daughter who is (underage) which by the way The evaluation fee has already been paid, because my daughter was not feeling well, there was no way for her to go anyway, I asked the girl to reschedule the evaluation, she replied that only in person, I asked why? she replied that they are company rules, and she could look up the available dates of the teacher in the system and speak, just like when she goes to schedule a medical appointment, etc...
Now I'll have to leave my job to go to the gym to choose a new date and by wastsapp or phone she could solve all this, Gym as I said before is very good but communication is bad, it's 2022 and we still have one pandemic.Technology is in full swing.. I ask you to try to improve this.
