★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tiver motivo pessoal e precisar cancelar seu plano semestral como o que eu tinha, saiba que vai sofrer, o dono nunca está, os funcionários dizem q toda tarde o estorno será feito e não se resolve nada, péssimo tratamento. Já para chamar o cliente, ligavam quase todos os dias, até matrícula tiraram. CUIDADO AO CONTRATAR PLANOS, ELES FALAM QUE ESTORNAM, MAS VC NUNCA VÊ O ESTORNO, MAIS DE DOIS MESES SE PASSARAM E NADA.
If you have a personal reason and need to cancel your biannual plan like the one I had, know that you will suffer, the owner is never there, the employees say that every afternoon the refund will be made and nothing is resolved, terrible treatment. To call the customer, they called almost every day, until they got their registration number. BE CAREFUL WHEN CONTRACTING PLANS, THEY SAY THAT THEY REVERSE, BUT YOU NEVER SEE THE REVERSAL, MORE THAN TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND NOTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima para cumprir prazos de reembolso de pagamento, não se comunica com o cliente, atrasa o prazo que eles mesmos estipulam e só respondem depois de MUUUUUUUITA insistência e confusão.
