I was reluctant to enter a gym, because I had a previous negative experience in another location, and because of shyness as well.
But, since the test class, I felt welcomed by Sérgio and also well monitored. The gym is great, and the professional has love for what he does. Perfect combination. Guaranteed results. I recommend :)
