★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns frequentadores ainda insistem em não usar máscara. A administração não faz nada e nem os professores que inclusive ficam conversando com essas pessoas. É uma pena que pessoas como eu e a maioria tomem cuidados e alguns ainda façam isso. Ou seja estão esperando um surto pra tomar providência. Enquanto isso eu simplesmente me retiro do recinto ou paro meu treino quando vejo pessoas assim. É lamentável pois a academia é muito boa.
Some regulars still insist on not wearing a mask. The administration does nothing and neither do the teachers who even talk to these people. It is a pity that people like me and most take care and some still do. In other words, they are waiting for an outbreak to take action. In the meantime, I simply leave the room or stop training when I see people like that. It is unfortunate because the gym is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com meu plano Gympass (hoje dia 28/09 por volta das 17:30hs) e fui positivamente surpreendido pelo excepcional atendimento, recepção e disponibilidade dos professores ("Bruno" e "a Dani"). Me senti aluno "preferencial" da academia... Em relação a infra estrutura, definitivamente é a melhor da região. Frequentei outras academias nas últimas semanas, mas a Hidroação foi a que mais atendeu as minhas necessidades, e onde melhor fui recebido e orientado.
A toda equipe Hidroação, deixo aqui registrado meus parabéns !!! OBRIGADO PELA ATENÇÃO E AJUDA NO DIA DE HOJE.... VOLTAREI MAIS VEZES.
I went with my Gympass plan (now 28/09 around 5:30 pm) and I was positively surprised by the exceptional service, reception and availability of the teachers ("Bruno" and "Dani"). I felt like a "preferred" student at the academy... Regarding infrastructure, it's definitely the best in the region. I attended other gyms in recent weeks, but Hidroação was the one that most met my needs, and where I was better received and guided.
To the entire Hidroação team, I leave here my congratulations registered !!! THANK YOU FOR ATTENTION AND HELP ON TODAY.... I WILL COME BACK MORE TIMES.

Já frequentei a academia antes por isso senti confiança em voltar
Mas não pediram para fazer alongamento antes nem depois e alguns outros detalhes importantes em relação aos exercícios que o instrutor me passou pois tenho duas cirurgias na coluna e alguns exercícios que não posso fazer

But they didn't ask to do stretching before or after and some other important details regarding the exercises that the instructor gave me because I have two spinal surgeries and some exercises that I can't do
