★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Causa me surpresa as academias do litoral não terem Ar condicionado, fora isso equipamentos da década de 90 dispostos de forma confusa e com manutenção falha.
Mas ainda é a melhor da cidade, até a franquia Smart Fit aparecer por aqui.. É isso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO SE MATRICULEM NESSA ACADEMIA!!!!!!! Além dos instrutores serem despreparados, os treinos são feitos sem levar em consideração o histórico do aluno, os professores até zombam de vc quando não consegue realizar o exercício, colocam peso que você não aguenta, e a maioria das vezes só dão atenção para os(as) bombadinhos (as), ficando batendo papo ou no celular.
Entrei lá com 71 kg, saí com 72,400, uma tendinite, uma bursite, causada por excesso de repetição de exercícios com peso inadequado. Tudo isso foi comprovado pelo exame de biopendancia que foi feito antes de eu entrar e após eu sair, isso foi em novembro e até hoje estou tratando as lesões, passei por mais de 4 ortopedistas, gastei horrores em remedios e fisioterapia. Sem contar que a academia não assumiu nenhuma responsabilidade, culpando a mim!
Entrei em outra academia no fim de dezembro, que além de estar tratando minhas lesões, me ajudaram a perder quase 12 kg. W lá, outras pessoas relataram os mesmos problemas. CUIDADO!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS ACADEMY!!!!!!!! In addition to the instructors being unprepared, the training is done without taking into account the student's history, the teachers even mock you when you can't perform the exercise, put on weight you can't handle, and most of the time they only pay attention to the( as) Bombadinhos (as), chatting or on the cell phone.
I went in there with 71 kg, I left with 72,400, tendonitis, bursitis, caused by excessive repetition of exercises with inadequate weight. All this was proven by the biopendancy exam that was done before I joined and after I left, this was in November and I'm still treating the injuries, I went through more than 4 orthopedists, I spent a lot of time on medicine and physiotherapy. Not to mention that the academy took no responsibility, blaming me!
I joined another gym at the end of December, which in addition to treating my injuries, helped me to lose almost 12 kg. W there, other people have reported the same problems. CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!
