★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absurdo hidro nunca tem horário, vc vai agendar tem 20 vagas 12 está lá como comprado, restante vc não consegue marcar, vc organizar 155 reais não consegue fazer aula, tem alunos sai da aula já agenda recepção pq e amigo deles um absurdo pagamos igual todos e não conseguimos fazer aula

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo problemas das outras academias, não tem modalidades para atender famílias, a noite gostaríamos de fechar um pacote, porém não há para crianças, o foco nestas academias, são para pessoas sem filhos, 3 estrelas é muito frente ao que oferecem.
Same problems with other gyms, there are no modalities to serve families, at night we would like to close a package, but there is no for children, the focus in these gyms are for people without children, 3 stars is very much compared to what they offer.

O site do gym pass apresentou instabilidade e meu grupo (5 pessoas) não conseguiu fazer o check in. Todos são alunos regulares e foram barrados na recepção como se fossem fazer a aula e fugir sem pagar.
Os funcionários não fizeram o mínimo de esforço para ajudar. Poderiam ter feito manualmente com o número de identificação do gym pass, ou ter ligado para seus superiores. Muito chato. Todas ficaram muito constrangidas. Eu era a única com plano fixo. Cancelei. Afinal ninguém vai roubar nenhuma aula da academia não.

The gym pass website showed instability and my group (5 people) was unable to check in. All are regular students and were barred from the reception as if they were going to take the class and run away without paying.
The staff didn't make the slightest effort to help. They could have done it manually with the gym pass identification number, or they could have called their superiors. Very annoying. They were all very embarrassed. I was the only one with a fixed plan. I canceled. After all, no one is going to steal any gym class.
