It's the best we have in the neighborhood, Professor Adriano is not even mentioned and the team that makes the cademia go are sensational, I love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma academia top, os instrutores ajudam de boa como fazer cada exercício, e eles passam os treinos também, lá tem muita coisa além de musculação, como dança, karatê, Muay Thai entre outras modalidade, tem vários equipamentos, a kcp tem o próprio estilo, é fácil de localizar e ainda tem parada de ônibus perto, praticamente em frente a academia.
Lá tem vários planos aí você escolhe o seu, e o melhor, as pessoas não lhe julgam se você é mais gordo(a) ou muito magro(a), ninguém vai lhe olha com olhar feio, as pessoas lá são bem legais. La ninguém vai lhe julgar por conta da vestimenta. Enfim, a kcp é top
Além do mais, tem dias que eles deixam a catraca livre, então você pode ir treinar mesmo não sendo aluno/inscrito de lá, e tem dias que eles fazem aulas livre lá na praça do Rio mar para quem quiser participar.

It's a top gym, the instructors really help how to do each exercise, and they teach you too, there's a lot there besides weight training, like dancing, karate, Muay Thai, among other modality, there's a lot of equipment, kcp has its own style, it's easy to find and there's a bus stop close by, practically in front of the gym.
There are several plans there, you choose yours, and best of all, people don't judge you if you are fatter or very thin, nobody will look at you with ugly eyes, the people there are very nice. There no one will judge you on account of your dress. Anyway, kcp is top
In addition, there are days when they leave the turnstile free, so you can go to train even if you are not a student/enrolled there, and there are days when they have free classes there in Rio mar square for those who want to participate.
