Eu estava voltando a treinar depois de muito tempo e o Matheus me deu um ótimo suporte e montou um excelente treino para mim de acordo com meu biotipo. Recomendo a todos. Fácil, passa ônibus na porta e tem onde estacionar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aparelhos de musculação não estão tão legais para o valor que é cobrado. alguns nem estão funcionando. e só tem gente chata e metida, parece até q é zona sul. fora isso o atendimento deles é bem legal.
weight machines are not so nice for the amount they charge. some are not even working. and there are only boring and stuck-up people, it even seems that it is the south zone. other than that, their service is pretty cool.
