Pagava um valor a mais por fazer aula a noite. Mas devido a pandemia, só estava fazendo aulas diurnas. Perguntei então se o valor não podia ser adequado. Tive o seguinte retorno: um aumento de mensalidade repentino, ainda maior que o valor noturno. Disseram que é o novo valor. Decidiram no dia do vencimento da mensalidade.
Isto não me traz segurança. Como posso confiar assim?
The monthly fee increased a few months after I joined. Without previous warning.
I paid an extra amount for taking classes at night. But due to the pandemic, I was only taking day classes. I then asked if the value could not be adequate. I had the following return: a sudden monthly fee increase, even greater than the nightly rate. They said it's the new value. They decided on the monthly payment due date.
This does not bring me security. How can I trust like that?
