★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia e com bons instrutores, mas é triste estar num ambiente em que a saúde deveria ser o foco e ter que topar com pessoas usando máscaras no queixo ou somente na boca. Sei que a academia parece não ter condições de impor o que a regra estadual determina, e isso é profundamente lamentável. Pior até mesmo do que os alunos que ficam ocupando mais de um aparelho e atrasando os outros só porque o "personal" deles quer inventar modinha e fica sugerindo exercícios "difenciados" pra justificar o emprego deles - além de carregar os pesos dos alunos e limparem os aparelhos pra que esses clientes com claras dificuldades físicas possam se exercitar e continuarem contratando pessoas pra fazer o que seria a sua obrigação.
 Good gym and good instructors, but it is sad to be in an environment where health should be the focus and having to come across people wearing masks on their chin or just in their mouths. I know that the academy does not seem to be in a position to impose what the state rule determines, and this is deeply regrettable. Even worse than students who are occupying more than one device and delaying others just because their "personal" wants to invent modinhas and keeps suggesting "differentiated" exercises to justify their employment - in addition to carrying students' weights and cleaning the devices so that these customers with clear physical difficulties can exercise and continue to hire people to do what would be their obligation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com várias opções de equipamentos e bastante espaçosa, falta mais professores para orientar os alunos, na grande parte do tempo só tem 2. Tem um bom aplicativo mas as fichas dos alunos não são atualizadas pelos professores.
Academy with several options of equipment and very spacious, lack of more teachers to guide students, most of the time it only has 2. It has a good application but the student files are not updated by the teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia completa. Com diversas modalidades, estacionamento gratis no Pátio Água Fria. Atendimento excelente, com professores atenciosos. Equipamentos novos e com tecnologia. Diversos tipos de aparelhos tornando o treino completo. Infelizmente o som é muito alto e a academia tá sempre lotada. O spinning é excelente, porém os horários são muito cedo (18-19 h)
Full gym. With several modalities, free parking at Pátio Água Fria. Excellent service, with attentive teachers. New equipment and technology. Various types of equipment making the workout complete. Unfortunately the sound is too loud and the gym is always packed. Spinning is excellent, but the times are very early (18-19h)

Terrible experience at this gym!! Horrible service from management and reception!! Also, there are almost no instructors to help you during your training!

2h e 30 min de estacionamento grátis, e o valor do plano anual é insano, você não vai encontrar em lugar nenhum ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da academia, apesar de alguns equipamentos quebrados. Colaboradores prestativos e educados , professor que conheci sr Pedro muito solícito. Agora achei os preços um pouco salgados , mas no geral, muito boa academia !
I liked the gym, despite some broken equipment. Helpful and polite employees, a teacher I met, Mr Pedro was very helpful. Now I found the prices a little steep, but overall, very good gym!
