★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma aula inaugural de yoga nessa academia em agosto. Moro em Duque se Caxias e estava hospedada na casa de uma amiga muito querida, que frequenta a academia há muito tempo. Amei a aula e o professor de yoga. Ele é um excelente profissional. Me senti em casa. As pessoas que trabalham e frequentam a academia são muito simpáticos. Os donos também são simpatissíssimos, educados e super gentis.
 I took an inaugural yoga class at this gym in August. I live in Duque se Caxias and was staying at the home of a very dear friend, who has been attending the gym for a long time. I loved the class and the yoga teacher. He's an excellent professional. I felt at home. The people who work and attend the gym are very friendly. The owners are also very kind, polite and super kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa academia tem uma ótima estrutura. Possui segurança, para entrar é preciso ter um cadastro na recepção e usar a biometria. Tem planos com 3 ou mais atividades incluídas. Você tb pode fazer aulas experimentais. Super recomendo!
