A academia pode assustar quem está acostumado com Smartfit ou Bodytech, pois é tudo muito bruto, máquinas antigas, mas sempre que alguma máquina trava ou quebra a manutenção é feita em poucos dias. Não é ambiente de shopping e quem é mais fresco talvez não goste, mas lá eu tive resultados em 8 meses que não tive em anos de academia de rede. Nunca precisei revezar máquina nem esperar aparelho ficar desocupado, pois tem mais 2 ou 3 iguais do lado. Vale a pena testar por um mês, a mensalidade é barata.
Wonderful gym for those who want a wide variety of equipment, train hard and look for results. The gym can scare those who are used to Smartfit or Bodytech, as it's all very crude, old machines, but whenever a machine crashes or breaks, maintenance is done in a few days. It's not a mall environment and those who are fresher might not like it, but there I had results in 8 months that I haven't had in years at the gym. I never had to switch the machine or wait for the device to be unoccupied, as there are 2 or 3 more of the same on the side. It's worth testing for a month, the monthly fee is cheap.
