 Good gym, but the air conditioning doesn't work and some very old machinery. Worth the Price .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Gerente sem nenhuma qualificação. Fiz matrícula em um dia à noite, no outro dia estava sem energia, tive que voltar a viagem de carro que fiz. Segundo dia fui cancelar por motivos pessoais e a "gerente" disse que não devolvia a matrícula. Perguntei se conhecia o Código do Consumidor, que por obrigação deveria está exposto no balcão, mas não estava, e ela me falou que isso seria apenas pra serviços online... pasmem... gerente?
Sem falar no ambiente que deixa a desejar na limpeza e organização.
Terrible attendance. Manager without any qualifications. I registered one day at night, the other day I had no power, I had to go back to the car trip I took. Second day I went to cancel for personal reasons and the "manager" said she wouldn't return the registration. I asked her if she knew the Consumer Code, which should be exposed at the counter, but she wasn't, and she told me that this would only be for online services... amazing... manager?
Not to mention the environment that leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia boa,mais o horário não ajuda,nos sábados só fica aberta até 12:00 poderia prolongar um pouco mais o tempo ,e em dia de semana fecha às 22:00 a academia fica um furdunço perto de fecha
Good gym, but the hours don't help, on Saturdays it's only open until 12:00, could extend the time a little longer, and on weekdays it closes at 22:00 the gym is a mess close to closing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma boa variedade de equipamentos, porém superlotado, a noite esta quase impossível treinar, precisa esperar muito para conseguir usar o equipamento, se estendesse o horário da noite para 23:00h, acredito que iria melhorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia boa, porem o horário da noite está inviável pois impossível conseguir segui um treino sem ter que mudar pq te 3 ou 4 pessoas no mesmo aparelho, como fecha as 22h não há condições, todo mundo que vem depois do trabalho se espreme no horário que poderia ser até as 23h como era antes da pandemia.
Good gym, but the night time is unfeasible because it's impossible to follow a workout without having to change because you have 3 or 4 people on the same device, as it closes at 10 pm there are no conditions, everyone who comes after work squeezes in at the time that it could be until 23 pm as it was before the pandemic.
