★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia muito legal. Ela é bem grande, tem três andares (incluindo o térreo) e muitos equipamentos. Provavelmente tem todos os equipamentos que você pode precisar.
Ela tem um horário de funcionamento bem abrangente e sempre há instrutores disponíveis para lhe passar os exercícios e ensinar a manipular os equipamentos.
Também há um espaço dedicado à aulas de dança, no qual há outros tipos de aulas também, mas que ficou algo mais limitado devido à pandemia.
Todos recebem uma flanela e álcool ao entrar, para ser utilizado nos equipamentos antes de usá-los.
O preço também é bastante acessível, tanto a mensalidade quanto a diária. Havendo, em adição, outros planos semanais por preços legais.
Gostei e recomendo! Vamos para a academia galera, faz bem para a saúde do corpo e da mente!
Very cool gym. It is very large, has three floors (including the ground floor) and a lot of equipment. It probably has all the equipment you may need.
She has a very comprehensive opening hours and there are always instructors available to pass on the exercises and teach you how to handle the equipment.
There is also a space dedicated to dance classes, in which there are other types of classes as well, but which was somewhat more limited due to the pandemic.
Everyone receives a flannel and alcohol upon entering, to be used in the equipment before using it.
The price is also very affordable, both monthly and daily. In addition, there are other weekly plans at legal prices.
I liked it and recommend it! Let's go to the gym guys, it's good for the health of your body and mind!
