★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia possui estrutura suficiente para a necessidade dos alunos, instrutores atentos e que ajudam bastante, observando e corrigindo erros na execução dos exercícios. Não é uma academia de luxo como outras da região, porém não deve em nada na quantidade de maquinário e na qualidade de uso dos mesmos.
 Gym has enough structure for the needs of students, attentive and helpful instructors, observing and correcting errors in the execution of exercises. It is not a luxury gym like others in the area, but it owes nothing on the amount of machinery and the quality of use.

Root gym, has everything you need and for a good price, spectacular teachers help a lot at all, I just don't recommend it if you like air conditioning and lots of led light and those cool little things, but if you want to train and sweat and grow, I recommend it too ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu dei 1 estrela, pq o Google me obriga a fazer isso, mas se eu pudesse não daria nenhuma. Simplesmente, a academia é bastante desorganizada, tem um maquinário tão antigo que quando eu termino de treinar fico cheia de ferrugem espalhada pelo corpo, parecendo até que sai de uma oficina mecânica. E, vez ou outra, as máquinas que precisam ser usadas estão quebradas, esperando que o rapaz dos serviços gerais às conserte.
São inúmeros problemas, outro é o espaço dentro da academia que é apertado, devido a uma “reforma” que fizeram, então, se tiverem 10 pessoas dentro da academia, já vai parecer que está cheia.
O instrutor faz proibições sem sentido, como não colocar o peso no chão, mas sim, em cima de um step de madeira.
No mais, têm-se também a questão das informações dentro da academia, que são prestadas somente a quem convém e não a todo alunado, e consequentemente, uns ficam sabendo do horário de funcionamento da academia e outros não.
I gave it 1 star, because Google forces me to do this, but if I could I wouldn't give any. Simply, the gym is quite disorganized, it has such old machinery that when I finish training I get full of rust spread all over my body, looking like I came out of a mechanic shop. And every now and then the machines that need to be used are broken, waiting for the general service guy to fix them.
There are numerous problems, another is the space inside the gym which is tight, due to a “renovation” they did, so if there are 10 people inside the gym, it will already seem like it is full.
The instructor makes pointless prohibitions, such as not putting the weight on the floor, but on top of a wooden step.
In addition, there is also the issue of information within the academy, which is provided only to those who are convenient and not to all students, and consequently, some are aware of the academy's opening hours and others are not.
