★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizada, é uma boa opção para quem mora nas redondezas. Espaço amplo e bastante organizado o que torna o ambiente agradável durante os exercícios. O preço é acessível e compatível com os serviços.
A música ambiente está quase sempre em volume agradável e não atrapalha quem gosta de ouvir algo no fone de ouvido. Outro ponto positivo é que tocam estilos bastante variados o que, pessoalmente, é um alívio não ter que ouvir só forró/ sertanejo o tempo todo.
O acompanhamento de todos os treinadores/as é atencioso independe de ser aluno novo ou veterano. Isso me ganhou, pois não fico largada e estão sempre prestando atenção se o aluno está fazendo o exercício corretamente. Como cliente achei ótimo e dá mais ânimo pra treinar.
Ponto que achei ruim é o mofo nas paredes devido ao período de chuvas. Me causa muita irritação na garganta.
Ademais, tem sido uma boa experiência treinar nessa academia.
Well located, it is a good option for those who live nearby. Large and well organized space which makes the environment pleasant during exercises. The price is affordable and compatible with the services.
The ambient music is almost always at a pleasant volume and does not disturb those who like to listen to something on the headphones. Another positive point is that they play quite varied styles, which, personally, is a relief not having to listen to only forró/sertanejo all the time.
The follow-up of all coaches is attentive regardless of whether they are new or veteran students. This won me over, because I don't get left behind and they are always paying attention if the student is doing the exercise correctly. As a client I found it great and gives me more motivation to train.
One point that I found bad is the mold on the walls due to the rainy season. It causes a lot of irritation in my throat.
In addition, it has been a good experience to train in this gym.
