 I'm from São Paulo and sometimes I go from weekend to drinker. Academy has the best SP standard. Very good machines and well trained professionals. Certainly the best drinker and the region. I recommend for those who enjoy training and a top gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo relacionamento! Tive problemas médicos levei meu laudo onde estava em tempo indeterminado para realizar as atividades físicas o proprietário disse que iria cancelar minha fatura total diante exposto ao contrato e não fez sigo pagando 40% da mensalidade !
Bad relationship! I had medical problems I took my report where I was indefinite time to perform the physical activities the owner said he would cancel my total bill on exposure to the contract and did not follow paying 40% of the monthly!

Academia bonita, organizada, bem estruturada, aparelhos novos e variados (tem a sissy squat - treinei em muitas academias e de vários estados, e vi apenas nela e mais duas..... Por outro lado, ela ñ possui o hack)

Top gym! In my opinion, it's the best at Residencial Centenário
Beautiful gym, organized, well structured, new and varied equipment (it has the sissy squat - I trained in many gyms and in several states, and I only saw it and two others...... On the other hand, it doesn't have the hack)
Attentive and friendly professionals
Overall, I really enjoyed the gym and recommend it
