★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa academia tanto espaço aparelhos e localização e recepção, porém alguns professores deixam a desejar ficam mais de bate papo entre si e não se atentam na execução dos exercícios dos clientes/alunos que fazem errado, pedi orientação na execução de um movimento "agachamento terra" professor não soube explicar.
Good gym, so much space, equipment and location and reception, but some teachers leave something to be desired, they are more than chatting with each other and are not attentive in the execution of the exercises of clients/students who do it wrong, I asked for guidance in the execution of a "squat earth" movement teacher could not explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos novos, Instrutores atenciosos, aulas diversas em ambiente separado com ar condicionado. Banheiros e duchas ok. A parte dos equipamentos e pesos é abafado, mas instalaram um novo sistema de ar, torcendo pra dar certo. Recomendo.
New appliances, attentive instructors, different classes in a separate air-conditioned environment. Bathrooms and showers ok. The equipment and weights part is stuffy, but they installed a new air system, hoping it would work. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia legalzinha, com professor arrogante, acha que sabe tudo mas muito mal preparado tanto de conhecimento teórico quanto da forma de falar com o próximo, super amostrado e despreparado, sem contar que não tem físico, mas dá pro gasto.
Nice little gym, with an arrogant professor, thinks he knows everything but very poorly prepared both in theoretical knowledge and in the way of talking to others, super sampled and unprepared, not to mention that he doesn't have a physique, but he can afford it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas atrapalhadas, mal educadas e fazem cara de deboche pra alunas, catraca nunca está funcionando. Banheiro feminino sujo. Todos os dias precisa esperar para identificar sendo que o check-in é realizado online...parece primeiro dia só que com destrato. Pela comodidade da distância ainda treino aí....mas por bem pouco tempo.
Receptionists are clumsy, rude and make fun of the students, the turnstile is never working. Dirty women's bathroom. Every day you have to wait to be identified, as the check-in is done online...it seems like the first day, but with disrespect. For the convenience of the distance, I still train there...but for a very short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parte de refrigeração do local deixa muito a desejar. Precisa urgente de um novo ar condicionado.......se vc vai final tarde e a noite qdo tem mais gente, parece um metro lotado de tão abafado e cheiro de suor. fica parecendo uma sauna, impossivel malhar tão abafado assim direito.
The cooling part of the place leaves a lot to be desired. It urgently needs a new air conditioning.......if you go late and at night when there are more people, it looks like a crowded subway, so stuffy and smell of sweat. it looks like a sauna, impossible to work out so stuffy right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em partes estou gostando porem tem alguns professores que são muito arrogantes e não sabe tratar um aluno ,muitas vezes eles ficam de bate papo entre si e não dão a atenção que o aluno pede e a instrução que o aluno precisa. Ontem um deles me desmotivou muito com um comentário ruim. Mas assim que fechar o mês vou sair e treinar em outro local gosto de estar em ambientes que sou bem vinda!
In parts I'm enjoying it, but there are some teachers who are very arrogant and don't know how to treat a student, often they chat with each other and don't give the attention that the student asks for and the instruction that the student needs. Yesterday one of them turned me off a lot with a bad comment. But as soon as the month ends, I'll go out and train elsewhere. I like to be in environments that I'm welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente estrutura! Ótimos equipamentos. O time só precisa ficar mais atento pra chamar a atenção de alguns alunos que ainda insistem em não usar máscara corretamente e fica com ela no queixo durante todo o treino. Um risco que a academia deveria impedir.
Excellent structure! Great equipment. The team just needs to be more attentive to get the attention of some students who still insist on not wearing a mask correctly and keep it on their chin throughout training. A risk the academy should prevent.
