Hoje dia 21/01 fui a noite mais percebi que a recepcionista não foi atenciosa comigo fui para fazer aula de jiu jitsu e musculação mais a menina não me atendeu bem nem me mostrou a academia tipo ficou assim se vc kiser ta ai.. Na mesma hora sai e fui em outra academia em diadema mesmo o valor mais caro mais o atendimento muito bom a menina já pegou meu telefone mostrou a academia falou das aulas como funciona e depois fui em outra que também era mais caro porem atendimento muito bom e já fechei a matrícula paguei e acertei tudo . Eu quero dizer que essa academia não me atendeu bem tinha os horario que eu queria valor mais em conta mais o atendimento atendimento da parte da noite foi nota 0 . Minha opinião eu saí chateado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato com a academia por Whatsapp, me informaram os valores, horários e me ofereceram uma aula experimental, estive na academia no dia 20 de agosto de 2020, fiz a aula experimental e realizei o pagamento da primeira mensalidade, escolhi o plano mensal.
Em nenhum momento fui informada que este plano não aceitava cancelamento.
Tive problemas de cunho pessoal, nos quais me impedem de frequentar a academia. Entrei em contato no dia 24/08/2020 e solicitei o cancelamento e a devolução do valor pago, pois não cheguei a usufruir da academia, já que a mesma atende em horário reduzido. Fui mal atentida, logo responderam que não devolvem o valor e que o plano que fiz não dá direito ao cancelamento. Diante da negativa, os informei que buscaria os meios legais já que se imediato se negaram a se quer devolver parte do valor pago e a qualquee negociação. Assim que encaminhei a mensagem o senhor Alexandre me ligou, já afirmando que eu os ameacei, apenas por eu ter dito que buscaria meus direitos como consumidora, sua atitude foi intimidadora e demisntra total falta de conhecimento quanto aos direitos do consumidor. Expliquei ao senhor Alexandre, que era meu direito buscar os meios legais já que se negaram a negociar logo de início por Whatsapp e que eu inclusive estava gravando a ligação, pois imediatamente o senhor Alexandre se reportou dizendo que já que eu disse que estaria os "ameaçando" de buscar meus direitos e que estaria gravando a ligação, que não iria propor uma negociação, em seguida disse para que eu buscasse meus direitos e desligou o telefone.
Totalmente descabida e despreparada a atitude desta pessoa que representa esta empresa, principalmente por se tratar de uma situação onde fiz o contato e com toda a educação os expliquei os motivos pelos quais solicitei a devolução do valor pago.
Em momento algum destratei qualquer funcionário, tenho as mensagens por Whatsapp e a gravação da ligação, ao contrário deste senhor que se mostrou descontrolado ao ser informado que eu buscaria os direitos cabíveis, ainda em tom intimidador e debochado, disse que eu procurasse meus direitos, deixando a entender o pouco caso com o cliente, ainda desligou a ligação impedindo que a comunicação continuasse.
Registro aqui minha indignação a esse empresa, onde notei que o respeito ao cliente não é um ponto de prioridade.

As soon as I sent the message, Mr. Alexandre called me, already stating that I threatened them, just because I said that I would seek my rights as a consumer, his attitude was intimidating and showed a total lack of knowledge about consumer rights. I explained to Mr. Alexandre, that it was my right to seek legal means since they refused to negotiate right away via Whatsapp and that I was even recording the call, as Mr. Alexandre immediately reported saying that since I said that the " threatening "to seek my rights and that I would be recording the call, that I would not propose a negotiation, then told me to look for my rights and hung up the phone.
The attitude of this person who represents this company is totally unreasonable and unprepared, mainly because it is a situation where I made contact and with all the education I explained to them the reasons why I requested the return of the amount paid.
At no time did I hinder any employee, I have the messages via Whatsapp and the recording of the call, unlike this gentleman who was uncontrolled when told that I would seek the appropriate rights, still in an intimidating and debauched tone, said that I look for my rights, leaving to understand the little case with the client, still disconnected the call preventing the communication to continue.
I register here my indignation at this company, where I noticed that respect for the customer is not a priority point.

Nisso não me senti mais bem no local por conta de lembrar deles e acabei desistindo (sendo que deixei minhas mensalidades em dia até o dia que parei de ir).
Após mais ou menos um ano depois o dono entrou em contato comigo, falando que ia me colocar no Serasa por não ter cumprido o contrato. Ele sabia que eu só ia com meus amigos e por isso não fui mais .uma extrema falta de empatia e consideração com o próximo.
Sendo que quando eu estava indo na academia sempre pagava minhas mensalidades.
Não recomendo pela ganância do dono e por essa falta de sensibilidade.

Since when I was going to the gym I always paid my tuition.
I do not recommend it for the greed of the owner and for this lack of sensitivity.
