★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espero voltar aqui e dá 5 estrelas. Queria poder malhar sem ficar pedindo para ligarem os ar condicionado da academia. Malho no primeiro horário e já passei mal algumas vezes por conta do calor. É chato ficar sempre pedindo para ligar o ar condicionado. Se a academia e climatizada pq nao liga na hora que ela abri? So liga depois que fica insuportável de tanto calor. Os outros alunos que vão malhar mas tarde nunca deve ter passado por isso. Mas as pessoas que malham as 6 da manha sofrem legal com o forno que fica a academia. Por favor, vamos pensar nos que malham no primeiro horário. Nós não malhamos de graça. Agradeço.
I hope to return here and give it 5 stars. I wish I could work out without asking to turn on the gym's air conditioning. I work out in the first hour and I've been sick a few times because of the heat. It's annoying to keep asking to turn on the air conditioner. If the gym is air-conditioned, why don't you call when it opened? It only turns on after it gets unbearable in the heat. The other students who go to work out later must never have gone through that. But people who work out at 6 in the morning suffer with the oven that is the gym. Please, let's think about those who work out early. We don't work out for free. I thank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim a melhor academia custo benefício da ilha do governador. Não fica cheia e isso me permite malhar com tranquilidade. Os aparelhos são bons. Ambiente agradável.
For me the best cost-benefit gym on the Governor's Island. It is not crowded and this allows me to work out with ease. The appliances are good. Pleasant environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei: dos professores, aparelhos velhos e quebrados , banheiro um nojo de lodo e fedor, visual horrível (cada parede tem 1 cor diferente e cada aposento um piso tb) baratas, choveu já empoça. Gostei : a recepcionista (acho que é Fernanda) é simpática e o preço é acessível, mas não compensou. Não fiquei nem 3 meses.
I did not like it: teachers, old and broken appliances, bathroom a disgust of mud and stench, horrible look (every wall has 1 different color and each room a floor tb) cockroaches, it already rained. I liked: the receptionist (I think it's Fernanda) is friendly and the price is affordable, but not compensated. I was not even 3 months old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, passaram a exigir o famigerado e inconstitucional passaporte de vacinação, mesmo pra quem já teve a doença e está mais imunizado do que qualquer pessoa vacinada. Ilegal e ilógico.
Terrible place, they started to demand the infamous and unconstitutional vaccination passport, even for those who have already had the disease and are more immunized than any person vaccinated. Illegal and illogical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, fiz o pacote semestral e me decepcionei muito, porque, em plena pandemia a maioria dos usuários não usam máscaras no ambiente fechado. Isso já foi reclamado, porém, nenhuma atitude foi tomada. Vou ficar até findar meu pacote, mas depois sairei com certeza.
Unfortunately, I did the biannual package and I was very disappointed, because, in the middle of the pandemic, most users do not wear masks indoors. This has already been claimed, however, no action was taken. I'll stay until I finish my package, but then I'll definitely leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer pessoalmente e me disseram q o ar condicionado ficava ligado direto (era uma preferência minha, pois sou muito calorenta) e que tem aulas de spinning, step e local. Voltei no dia seguinte para fazer aula teste, e a profª de spinning havia faltado. Escrevi pro professor pra marcar uma avaliação física, e isso ja tem 24 hrs, até agora estou sem resposta. Voltei hj pra pagar o mês, os ventildadores e ar condicionado estavam desligados as janelas que escrevem "salas climatizadas" estavam abertas, não havia nenhuma aula acontecendo e ao questionar a recepção, a moça levantou e me deixou falando sozinha. Fui embora e me matriculei em outra, achei muito descaso e propaganda enganosa! Ainda tentei contato pelo WhatsApp, e pasmen! Está desligado até agora! Mandei msg pelo Instagram, sem êxito tb. Me deixou uma péssima impressão. Lamentável como os serviços na Ilha estão cada vez piores!
I went to meet in person and they told me that the air conditioning was on directly (it was a preference of mine, as I'm very hot) and that there are spinning, step and local classes. I came back the next day to take a test class, and the spinning teacher was absent. I wrote to the professor to schedule a physical evaluation, and it's been 24 hrs, so far I have no answer. I came back today to pay the month, the fans and air conditioning were off the windows that write "air-conditioned rooms" were open, there was no class going on and when questioning the reception, the girl got up and left me talking to myself. I left and enrolled in another one, I found it a lot of neglect and false advertising! I still tried to contact via WhatsApp, and amazing! It's off so far! I sent a message on Instagram, without success too. It left a bad impression on me. It's a shame how services on the Island are getting worse and worse!
