Fui em várias mais para mim a melhor da região, me mudei recente para o Recreio e na Ponto M me sinto em casa.
Ponto M is the academy!!.... it respects the limits of each person with individual assessment by a qualified professional, a wonderful, light and super organized environment, the professionals who work there are all incredibly friendly, I loved it!!! I went to several more for me the best in the region, I recently moved to Recreio and at Ponto M I feel at home.
