★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior academia que o desprazer de malhar. Péssima estrutura, aparelhos antigos e pintados. Nenhuma segurança, não há manutenção, apenas limpeza e você pensa que está tudo bem mas não está e pode acabar se machucando. A dona da academia arruma confusão com todo mundo. Não vejo a hora desse lixo falir.
Worse gym than the displeasure of working out. Bad structure, old and painted appliances. No security, no maintenance, just cleaning and you think everything is fine but it is not and could end up getting hurt. The owner of the gym gets in trouble with everyone. I can't wait for this garbage to fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou buscando algumas academias pelo bairro, para minha filha iniciar a natação e fiz meu primeiro contato pelo WhatsApp. De cara achei o atendimento muito ruim (seco, sem cordialidade), para um canal de vendas; relevei pois acreditei que estava num pico de movimento.
Estive na recepção e infelizmente me deparei com o mesmo atendimento. Fiquei frustrada e com receio dessa ser a imagem da academia.
Meu comentário é uma crítica construtiva aos donos, pois talvez falte treinamento (Gestão de serviços/Atendimento cliente ).

I'm looking for some gyms in the neighborhood, for my daughter to start swimming and I made my first contact through WhatsApp. I immediately found the service to be very bad (dry, not cordial), for a sales channel; I relieved because I believed I was at a peak of movement.
I was at the reception and unfortunately I came across the same service. I was frustrated and afraid of this being the image of the academy.
My comment is a constructive criticism to the owners, as there may be a lack of training (Service Management/Customer Service).
