Excelente profissional, capacitado, super indico
Depois que comecei a fazer o Cross, não travei mais a coluna, sendo que tive um trauma na mesma e fiquei limitada em muitas coisas, mas com o profissionalismo, responsabilidade e competência desse ser humano incrível, hoje tenho uma qualidade de vida excelente. Rodcross só tenho a agradecer, top demais

Excellent professional, trained, super recommended

Não sou fã de academia e musculação,mas foi amor a primeira vista com o crossfit❤
A mudança foi nítida com apenas 4 meses de treinamento com menos 15 kg na balança e ganho de massa muscular.
Sem contar que o Rod é o melhor coach que eu conheci ,além de um excelente profissional é amigo e irmão.
Eu amo treinar naquele lugar,pois além de me ajudar fisicamente me ajuda psicologicamente.
Sou RODCROSS com muito ORGULHO ??

I found myself in that style that is Crossfit.
I'm not a fan of gym and bodybuilding, but it was love at first sight with crossfit❤
The change was clear with just 4 months of training with less than 15 kg on the scale and gaining muscle mass.
Not to mention that Rod is the best coach I met, in addition to being an excellent professional, he is a friend and brother.
I love training in that place, because in addition to helping me physically it helps me psychologically.
