★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia antiga com equipamentos mínimos para quem quer se exercitar. A mais barata no Centro do RJ. Equipada com ventiladores, já que não possui ar condicionado. A Academia possui um problema para o momento em que vivemos que é a ausência de controle quanto as regras sanitárias referente a COVID. Há alunos que fazem exercícios sem mascara ou com a mascara cobrindo apenas a boca. Tal fato foi informado ao dono da Academia, verbalmente e inclusive por e-mail, no entanto não houve quaisquer providências. Esse fato me fez sair da academia em 07/10/2021.
A academia possui também problema com manutenção, há ventiladores sem grade de proteção, o banco da rosca apoiada esta preso com apenas 01 parafuso até essa data, mesmo o problema já ter sido informado há 3 semanas, as cordas estão bem desfiadas, há somente 01 halteres de 5 kg...enfim, há necessidade de melhorias.
Old gym with minimal equipment for those looking to work out. The cheapest in downtown RJ. Equipped with fans, as it does not have air conditioning. The Academy has a problem for the moment we live in, which is the lack of control over sanitary rules regarding COVID. There are students who do exercises without a mask or with the mask covering only the mouth. This fact was informed to the owner of the Academy, verbally and even by e-mail, however there was no action. This fact made me leave the gym on 10/07/2021.
The gym also has a problem with maintenance, there are fans without a protection grid, the seat of the supported screw is attached with only 01 screw to date, even though the problem has already been reported 3 weeks ago, the ropes are well frayed, only 01 5 kg dumbbells... anyway, there is a need for improvement.
