★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era boa quando comecei. Agora dá sinais nítidos da falta de manutenção, tanto predial como dos equipamentos. Há um formigueiro bem grande crescendo numa instalação elétrica da parede atrás da cadeira flexora, no mesmo lugar onde já cresceu um fungo "orelha de pau". A sala de avaliação está bem feia também. Trocaram equipamentos e largaram os antigos jogados ao tempo numa área que seria bem bonita no jardim, o que deixa o aspecto feio. Infelizmente, meu plano vencendo, não renovarei, pq as pessoas lá são bacanas.

There is a very large anthill growing in an electrical installation on the wall behind the flex chair, in the same place where a "stick ear" fungus has already grown. The assessment room is pretty ugly too. They exchanged equipment and dropped the old ones in time in an area that would be very beautiful in the garden, which makes it look ugly. Unfortunately, my plan expires, I will not renew it, because the people there are cool.

É uma academia bem completa, oferecendo diversas opções além da musculação, como pilates, danças e ginasticas, e também atividades na piscina para adultos e crianças, tudo isso em um espaço bem legal, integrado à natureza. A equipe também é sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Os professores estão sempre atentos e dispostos a orientar e auxiliar nas atividades e na busca dos melhores resultados dos alunos.
I know and attend the SCM academy for over 10 years. It is a very complete gym, offering several options in addition to weight training, such as Pilates, dancing and gymnastics, as well as pool activities for adults and children, all in a very nice space, integrated with nature. The staff is also always very kind and helpful. The teachers are always attentive and willing to guide and assist in the activities and in the search for the best results for the students.
