Calor terrível na parte de cima. Impossível suar e respirar as vezes lá dentro com calor que é. Em horários de pico é muito cheia. (A partir das 18h)
Demora para consertar os equipamentos. Atendentes antipáticas.
Professores, estagiários, funcionárias da limpeza excelentes.
Nem a água presta as vezes, gosto horroroso de cloro.

Terrible heat at the top. It is impossible to sweat and breathe sometimes inside with the heat that it is. At peak times it is very crowded. (From 18h)
It takes time to fix the equipment. Unsympathetic attendants.
Excellent teachers, interns, cleaning staff.
Not even water is good enough, it tastes horrible of chlorine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião é a melhor academia da região. Ambiente espaçoso, tem ótimos equipamentos e excelentes personais, claro nem tudo é perfeito mas comparando a outras da região a academia se destaca, já o preço é relativo a qualidade . Não chega a ser tão barato mas ainda assim vale a pena.
Ambiente climatizado temperatura ambiente .
In my opinion it is the best gym in the region. Spacious environment, has great equipment and excellent personals, of course not everything is perfect but compared to others in the region the gym stands out, since the price is relative to quality. It's not that cheap but it's still worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho nada a falar sobre o atendimento e os professores, mas da gestão da academia em si. Parece que eles abrirão e esqueceram de lá. A começar pelo banheiro, poderia investir em chuveiros, o único que tem, a porta é de vidro (?), outro ponto são os armários, tem 1 armário minúsculo comparado a quantidade de alunos que eles tem, temos que deixar nossas bolsas no chão, jogadas… A escada também tem uma parte do corrimão que está sem, pra cair ali, é fácil. E por último e não menos importante é a parte dos colchonetes são poucos e os poucos que tem já são bem velhos, a área também é muito pequena para os exercícios, além de terem poucas tornozeleiras. Estou deixando registrado aqui, mas sei que de nada adianta pq só depois que eu entrei na academia que vi tudo isso, eu vim aqui olhar as avaliações e a minha não é a primeira, nem será a última. Ou seja, eles lavam a mão literalmente. Mas torço para que repensem sobre as questões que nós alunos levamos até vocês, de verdade!
I have nothing to say about the service and the teachers, but about the management of the academy itself. Looks like they will open and forgot about there. Starting with the bathroom, I could invest in showers, the only one there is, the door is glass (?), another point is the lockers, there is 1 tiny locker compared to the number of students they have, we have to leave our bags on the floor , moves… The stairs also have a part of the handrail that is missing, to fall there, it's easy. And last but not least, the mats are few and the few that have are already very old, the area is also very small for exercises, in addition to having few anklets. I'm leaving it registered here, but I know it's no use because it was only after I entered the gym that I saw all this, I came here to look at the evaluations and mine is not the first, nor will it be the last. That is, they literally wash their hands. But I hope you'll rethink the questions that we students bring to you, really!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E boa mas muitos equipamentos precisando de manutenção e professores que se preocupam mais com quem paga personal e com o ZAP do que quem e aluno normal e não paga personal.
It's good, but there's a lot of equipment in need of maintenance and teachers who care more about who pays personal and ZAP than who is a normal student and doesn't pay personal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior academia que já vi. A recepcionista parece uma songa monga, atende pessimamente ! Já paguei mensalidade 2x e não consegui frequentar, pois o atendimento péssimo é um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desapontado com o atendimento do local, pois eu tenho um plano do qual me possibilita de realizar a atividade física no local e está disponível no site essa academia e quando você chega na recepção a recepcionista que por sinal é mal educada fala que não aceita, sendo que no site está disponível a tal a academia no Sérgio Amin rio das pedras, tenho ciência que é passivo de processo pois vocês estão infligindo a lei do consumidor se está disponível é porquê possibilita do cliente usar fica aqui meu repúdio.??
