Só vale salientar que os aparelhos da academia seguem a linha "articulada".
Esses aparelhos são muito bons , mas todos usam anilhas , onde você tem que montar o peso , o que para muitas pessoas quê precisam economizar tempo não agrada.
As esteiras que são ruins , muito antigas e já praticamente sucateadas.
Mas treino lá é recomendo a todos.

Não consigo fazer um treino completo, ficar uma hora esperando e perdendo aquecimento pq tem fila para esteira, bicicleta, etc...
Não liberam todos os equipamentos e nem ampliam o espaço.
Já é uma reclamação recorrente, não cansam de perder clientes.

I can't do a complete workout, wait an hour and miss warm-up because there's a line for a treadmill, bicycle, etc...
