Até me senti ignorado pela atendente ao questionar sobre os planos e valores e fora que quando se atendente um cliente novo o mínimo que deve se fazer é dar um bom atendimento esclarecendo todas as dúvidas e tbm mostrando o ambiente e aparelhos no qual o cliente utilizará! Melhorem nisso ?
Terrible service on the part of the employee, lack of attention to customers! I even felt ignored by the attendant when I asked about the plans and values and besides, when a new client is involved, the minimum thing to do is to give a good service, clarifying all doubts and also showing the environment and devices in which the client will use! Get better at it ?
