Estranhei um pouco nao me adaptei pois sou da Tijuca porém vir malhar na unidade da pavuna. Na segunda vez resolvi insistir e voltar, amei o atendimento pelo professor Márcio, e hoje com a professora Gisele maravilhosa adorei minha série. Foi nota 10 sem contar a recepção com Diego show de bola. Obrigada smart pelos profissionais
 It was wonderful, very well attended on the first day
I was a little strange, I didn't adapt because I'm from Tijuca, but I came to work out at the pavuna unit. The second time I decided to insist and come back, I loved the service provided by Professor Márcio, and today with the wonderful teacher Gisele, I loved my series. It was a 10 not counting the reception with Diego show de ball. Thank you smart for the professionals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia não é muito grande. Mas é bem equipada, com equipamentos novos e ar condicionado gelando no máximo. Está num ótimo ponto de passagem, fácil acesso. Tem sido minha opção de presença ultimamente.
The gym is not very big. But it is well equipped, with new equipment and air conditioning freezing at maximum. It is in a great crossing point, easy access. It's been my go-to choice lately.

Well maintained equipment, clean gym, efficient and capable instructors. Family atmosphere. I really like group classes, especially Smart Shape.
