★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos novos e bem conservados. É um pouco vertical, com 3 andares, mas nada que se o treino tiver bem organizado nao possa ser relevado.
 New and well maintained appliances. It is a little vertical, with 3 floors, but nothing that if the training is well organized cannot be overlooked.

Muitas vezes fora da academia está mais fresco que dentro.
Qqr nuvem no céu é motivo pra deixar o ar gelando menos.
Falam que é temperatura padrão, mas está longe de ser.
Precisam se atentar que quem está treinando faz esforço e por isso sente mais calor.
Treino de cardio então é impossível, já desisti de fazer, pago a academia pra fazer treino na rua de graça, pq não dá pra fazer na academia, pois é a atividade que mais sentimos calor e suamos.

Zero rating for air conditioning.
It is often cooler outside the gym than inside.
Any cloud in the sky is a reason to let the air freeze less.
They say it's standard temperature, but it's far from it.
They need to be aware that whoever is training makes an effort and therefore feels more heat.
Cardio training is so impossible, I've given up doing it, I pay the gym to do outdoor training for free, because you can't do it in the gym, because it's the activity that we feel the most heat and sweat.
Unfortunate!

Academia com aparelhos novos , diferente dos aparelhos da smart do Rio Centro .só tem um detalhe o povo que frequenta não gosta de revezar aparelho gente metida nariz em pé. .as minas lá pensa q está em uma balada esquece está em um ambiente de treino .vai mais pra paquerar que tudo .ainda tem escada para subir .depender de personal só pagando. Água quente no bebedouro

Gym with new equipment, different from the smart ones in Rio Centro. There's only one detail: the people who attend don't like to take turns with equipment, people stuck with their noses up. .the girls there think they're in a club forget they're in a training environment .go more to flirt than anything .still have stairs to climb .depending on personal just paying. Hot water in the drinking fountain
