★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pontos positivos são a estrutura física que é facilitada por ser dentro de um hipermercado, os aparelhos que são novos e a limpeza no geral, é um ambiente limpo e organizado.
Como pontos negativos são a equipe de atendimento que é composta apenas por uma pessoa, o que as vezes em um dia movimentado não dá conta de prestar o devido atendimento; também vale citar que há mais personal trainers a instrutores, para quem é iniciante pode sentir-se perdido e ter a sensação estar sendo esquecido.
Já sou um aluno avançado e recomendaria a academia para iniciantes, só prestando atenção aos detalhes que destaquei acima.
 The positive points are the physical structure that is facilitated by being inside a hypermarket, the appliances that are new and the general cleaning, it is a clean and organized environment.
The negative points are the service team, which is made up of just one person, which sometimes on a busy day is not enough to provide the proper service; it is also worth mentioning that there are more personal trainers than instructors, for those who are beginners can feel lost and feel forgotten.
I'm already an advanced student and would recommend the gym for beginners, just paying attention to the details I highlighted above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia desorganizada os pesos, professor da manhã cujo nome André nem olha na sua cara se você não for gostosa e nem te ajuda, mal fala com você, nem te da bom dia mal educado e conduta ridícula. Acho que dono dessa unidade transguarulhense iria gostar de saber a conduta de seus funcionários.
Disorganized gym the weights, morning teacher whose name André doesn't even look you in the face if you're not hot and doesn't help you, barely talks to you, doesn't even say good morning rude and ridiculous behavior. I think the owner of this unit in the state of Guarulhos would like to know the behavior of his employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Razoável. Cobra anuidade logo após o cliente começar suas aulas. Sendo que por lei a anuidade é tão somente uma vez por ano, após o cliente completar um ano de frequência ... Péssima administração.
Reasonable. It charges an annual fee right after the client starts their classes. Since, by law, the annuity is only once a year, after the client completes one year of attendance... Bad administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento há dois anos e gosto muito. Os professores não tão ativos em atender os alunos com rapidez, mas atendem. O espaço não tem salas, então nao tem aulas de kickboxing, dança ou jump, é somente musculação e cardio. Os atendentes da recepção são bem simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
I've been going for two years and I really like it. Teachers are not as active in serving students quickly, but they do. The space has no rooms, so there are no kickboxing, dancing or jumping classes, it's just weight training and cardio. Reception staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
