★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei conversar sobre possibilidades de flexibilização na avaliação fisica devido a pandemia, e fui tratada de maneira pouco cordial pelo avaliador. Fui para outra academia das imediações e fui muito bem recebida lá. Não recomendo a Spim. A simpatia e diálogo é o mínimo que se espera em qq serviço.
I tried to talk about possibilities of flexibility in the physical evaluation due to the pandemic, and I was treated in an unfriendly way by the evaluator. I went to another gym nearby and was very well received there. I don't recommend Spim. The friendliness and dialogue is the least expected in any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei a academia e raro ver hoje em dia uma academia em que o professor fica o tempo todo com o aluno ,o profissionalismo deles é excelente recomendo 100% ,a avaliação física é excelente .
I loved the gym and it's rare to see nowadays a gym where the teacher stays with the student all the time, their professionalism is excellent, I recommend 100%, the physical assessment is excellent.
