Infelizmente, havia comprado um plano de 10 meses, o qual solicitei o cancelamento devido à minha insatisfação. O cancelamento só foi feito meses depois, enquanto o valor ainda estava sendo cobrado no cartão. Também não fui informada sobre as condições para ressarcimento. Como se não bastasse, o estorno não foi feito no ato do cancelamento, sendo dividido em 9 parcelas, desconsiderando o tempo do plano e as parcelas que já haviam sido pagas. Tentei inúmeras vezes contato com o responsável pelo estabelecimento, sem sucesso. Uma pena. Decepcionada desde o primeiro contato.

Unfortunately, I had purchased a 10-month plan, which I requested to cancel due to my dissatisfaction. The cancellation was only made months later, while the amount was still being charged to the card. I was also not informed about the conditions for reimbursement. As if that were not enough, the reversal was not made at the time of cancellation, being divided into 9 installments, disregarding the time of the plan and the installments that had already been paid. I tried countless times to contact the person responsible for the establishment, without success. A feather. Disappointed from the first contact.
