Pessoal (instrutores) simples porém bem capacitados e muito gente boa.
Recomendo.
I've been training there for almost a year. Quiet and cozy atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser bem localizado e com bons instrutores, a academia em si deixa um pouco a desejar, a estrutura física interna poderiam melhorar, dar um trato, algo que não precisasse muito de uma reforma que atrapalhasse o andamento dos funcionários e clientes, assim como os banheiros que precisam de uma atenção especial em relação a água que basicamente, não tem, o horário mais movimentado é a noite a partir das 19h e as melhores aulas são de Step, Jump e Zumba, além da Funcional e Pilates que são ótimos e inclusos nos pacotes de pagamentos sem nenhum acréscimo, diferente de muitas academias que cobram pelas aulas
For being well located and with good instructors, the gym itself leaves a little to be desired, the internal physical structure could be improved, give a deal, something that didn't need much of a renovation that would hinder the progress of employees and customers, as well as the bathrooms that need special attention in relation to water that basically doesn't have, the busiest time is at night from 7pm and the best classes are Step, Jump and Zumba, in addition to Functional and Pilates which are great and included in payment packages with no extra charge, unlike many gyms that charge for classes
