★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do atendimento dos professores e da recepçao. Todos são muito atenciosos. Claro que a atenção do professor não será que nem um personal e sentimos muito em horários de pico. Uma coisa negativa são os valores. Para uma academia de bairro, deveria ter pacotes melhores para quem quer fazer somente musculação por exemplo num valor mais acessível com liberdade de horário. Inclusive ter opção de desconto para duplas ou mais pessoas que entram junto (tipo casal, familia). Outro ponto ruim que poderia ser melhor compensadoo é o espaço, a academia é pequena e as vezes fazer um simples alomgamento se torna um malabarismo. Mas se o preço compensa, isso iria virar mero detalhe que podia see adaptado. Outro.item que notei, é que eles não fazem acompanhamento do aluno. O aluno sai, fica um tempo sem ir, volta, sai de novo e não há nenhum tipo de feedback (como se aquele aluno não fizesse falta). Porém os professores mostram atenção e preocupação que o aluno siga firme nos treinos. Creio que falte uma gestão de clientes mesmo.
I really enjoyed the service from the teachers and the reception. Everyone is very attentive. Of course the teacher's attention will not be like a personal and we are sorry at peak times. One negative thing is the values. For a neighborhood gym, it should have better packages for those who just want to do weight training for example at a more affordable value with free time. Even have discount option for doubles or more people who come together (type couple, family). Another bad point that could be better compensated is the space, the gym is small and sometimes doing a simple congestion becomes a juggling act. But if the price pays off, it would become mere detail that could be adapted. Another thing I noticed, is that they do not follow up the student. The student leaves, goes away for a while, comes back, leaves again, and there is no feedback whatsoever (as if that student didn't miss it). But the teachers show attention and concern that the student follows firmly in practice. I believe that customer management is really lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei para me matricular e treinar, me deixaram quase 20 minutos do lado de fora da academia esperando a esterilização, stella hoje é um bairro não tão seguro como era, seria bom um pouco mais de carinho com os clientes, deixei 5 estrelas mas tá aí minha reclamação.
I arrived to enroll and train, they left me for almost 20 minutes outside the gym waiting for sterilization, stella today is not as safe a neighborhood as it used to be, it would be good to be a little more affectionate with the clients, I left 5 stars but that's it my complaint.
