O ambiente é agradável, as recepcionistas (da noite, que é quando eu vou) são muito simpáticas e prestativas e os professores também, atentos aos nossos exercícios, corrigindo postura, etc. Isso é muito importante. Já frequentei outras academias, mas essa está sendo minha favorita. Parabéns a toda equipe
I've been attending for almost a month and I'm loving it. The atmosphere is pleasant, the receptionists (at night, which is when I go) are very friendly and helpful and the teachers are also attentive to our exercises, correcting posture, etc. This is very important. I've been to other gyms, but this one is my favorite. Congratulations to the whole team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal ( funcionárias(o) são muito gentis e simpáticos, ótimos professores , e preço justo! porém tem poucos aparelhos, o único horário bom p treinar é o da tarde, os outros é puxado muitas vezes a espera é de 30 min p mais p poder usar um aparelho!
The staff (employees are very kind and friendly, great teachers, and fair price! however they have few equipments, the only good time to train is in the afternoon, the others are busy many times the wait is 30 min more to be able to use a device!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia aconchegante, médio de tamanho aparelhos novos. Usei a musculação, no período de férias 10 dias .os professores são atenciosos, sempre tem 2 ou 3 por horário. Tem também aulas e uma lojinha. Um ponto que ajuda muito é o estacionamento na rua de traz.
Cozy gym, medium sized new appliances. I used weight training during the vacation period for 10 days. The teachers are attentive, there are always 2 or 3 per schedule. There are also classes and a shop. A point that helps a lot is the parking in the back street.
