Pilates and weight training is top notch with Tanise. Where do you stop exercising and don't even see the time go by. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dividi sala durante a pandemia (aula pilates) com uma aula que nunca usou a mascara durante a aula: quase idosa e com asma (tb nunca entendi rs). A profa nunca cobrou a aluna pelo uso da máscara. Isso não é postura de profissional, infelizmente.
I shared a room during the pandemic (pilates class) with a class that never wore a mask during class: almost old and with asthma (I never understood either). The professor never charged the student for wearing the mask. This is not a professional attitude, unfortunately.
