★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento por telefone... fico hs mandando msg aguardando resposta... Dificultam atendimento, dificultam resolução de problemas, dizem q n podem atender presencialmente mas sempre tem uma desculpa para não resolver nossos problemas por telefone. Nao recomendo, e por conta do PESSÍMO, FALEI PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, nao recomendo a ninguém, pq n foi uma, nem duas vzs q tivemos problemas com isso
 lousy phone service ... I keep sending messages waiting for a reply ... They make it difficult to answer, make it difficult to solve problems, say they can't answer in person but there is always an excuse for not solving our problems over the phone. I do not recommend, and because of PESSÍMO, I SAID PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, I do not recommend to anyone, because it was not one, not two times that we had problems with this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde gostaria de registrar minha indignação quanto atendimento da Tchibum desde o dia 26 de setembro entrei em contato pelo telefone ficaram de me passar o orçamento, mas não me enviaram.Dia 28 de setembro entrei em contato pelo ZAP pedi os valores e ficaram a semana por me passar.Posteriomente falei que queria matricular minhas filhas e meu sobrinho no entanto ficaram de me agendar uma aula experimental que nunca foi agendada pq disseram que a coordenadora iria orientar.Fui presencialmente a 10 dias na academia falei com a moça da recepção expliquei a situação ela me mostrou espaço a meu pedido, vi a coordenadora no entanto não fui apresentada e nunca mais me deram respostas. Depois perdem clientela por mal atendimento eu mesma já ouvi várias reclamações sobre a falta de feedback de vcs mas tentei . Ah lembrando q a tentativa durou quase 30 dias ai desisti
Good afternoon, I would like to register my indignation regarding the service provided by Tchibum since the 26th of September. I contacted me by phone. for passing me on. I later said that I wanted to enroll my daughters and my nephew, however they had to schedule me an experimental class that was never scheduled because they said the coordinator would guide. In the situation she showed me space at my request, I saw the coordinator, however I was not introduced and they never gave me any more answers. After they lose customers due to poor service I myself have heard several complaints about the lack of feedback from you guys but I tried. Ah remembering that the attempt lasted almost 30 days then I gave up
