★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matriculei minha filha na natação em fevereiro de 2020,fiz o contrato para ser descontado no meu cartão de crédito,com o início da pandemia fui na academia e conversei com o Sr Altair proprietário,que não levaria minha filha por causa da pandemia,a pedido do mesmo (e acreditando no ser humano) deixei que continuasse a debitar no meu cartão a mensalidade!Hoje dia 27/04/21 voltei a academia para acertar a volta da minha filha,o mesmo Sr Altair me desrespeitou falando que não tinha tido essa conversar comigo,que como ou paguei os 12 meses e somente usei um mês,que me daria só 4 meses de aula, tentei dialogar e explicar que a atitude dele não estava sendo correta,pois eu teria o direito a 11 meses de aula pra minha filha,o mesmo aos gritos me disse que não queria saber que era pra procurar meus direitos!!Pois bem no próximo dia 3 vou no procon e também vou denunciar pôr não emitir nota fiscal no ato da compra vou buscar meus direitos!!! Não recomendo de nenhuma forma essa academia sendo esse Sr muito mal educado e sem palavras!!!
I enrolled my daughter in swimming in February 2020, made the contract to be cashed on my credit card, with the beginning of the pandemic I went to the gym and talked to the owner Mr. Altair, who would not take my daughter because of the pandemic, on request of the same (and believing in the human being) I let him continue to charge my monthly fee! Today 27/04/21 I went back to the gym to arrange my daughter's return, the same Mr Altair disrespected me saying that he had not had this talk to me, who eat or paid for 12 months and only used one month, which would give me only 4 months of class, I tried to talk and explain that his attitude was not being correct, because I would have the right to 11 months of class for my daughter, the same screaming told me that she didn’t want to know that it was to look for my rights !! Well next day 3 I’m going to the procon and I’m also going to denounce not issuing an invoice at the time of purchase I’ll get my rights !!! I do not recommend this academy in any way as this Mr is very rude and speechless !!!
