 It was quite a change after I started working out. I was the 1st student to enter the opening, I already lost 5kl. And I don't think about stopping. Just GRATITUDE, and I'm proud to be part of this family.

A new place, excellent service from the receptionists and the teachers are very attentive. The support staff are always taking care of the cleaning. I feel good going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito lotada após as 18:00, possuí poucos aparelhos porém todos os aparelhos são novos. Espaço pequeno para o tamanho da demanda de alunos, não gostei de ser climatizado pois deixa a respiração seca na realização dos exercícios. Atendente é bem receptiva.
Very crowded after 18:00, has few appliances but all appliances are new. Small space for the size of the students' demand, I didn't like being air-conditioned because it leaves the breath dry when performing the exercises. Attendant is very welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, a estrutura é ótima. Tem muita gente, tem, mas nada que atrapalhe a execução das atividades, pelo menos no início da manhã.
Agora tem um problema, que considero sério: o filtro do ar condicionado está imundo de sujo, da pra perceber só de olhar. Só eu que vejo isso?!
Atualização de 22NOV: os filtros do ar condicionado estão limpíssimos. Feliz por saber que as avaliações daqui são acompanhadas.
Guys, the structure is great. There are a lot of people, there are, but nothing that hinders the execution of activities, at least in the early morning.
Now there's a problem, which I consider serious: the air conditioning filter is filthy with dirt, you can tell just by looking. I'm the only one who sees this?!
