★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar super legal. Já treinei lá, gostava por que no meu horário não tinha muita gente que beneficiava meu treino. A Natália supervisora de lá é uma ótima pessoa.
 Super cool place. I've trained there, I liked that because in my schedule there were not many people who benefited from my training. The supervising Natalia there is a great person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom para todos os tipos de pessoas,que busca praticar exercícios físicos,tem opções de maquinas sim, entretanto, não com muita variedade como uma de grande porte,nessa parte deixa a desejar,contudo tem excelentes profissionais atentos pelo aluno,que para mim já é um grande diferencial,é bom o lugar,gostei bastante,pena que eu só pude treinar lá seis meses.
The place is good for all types of people, who seek to practice physical exercises, have machine options, however, not with much variety as a large one, this part leaves something to be desired, however it has excellent professionals attentive to the student, who for me it is already a great differential, the place is good, I really liked it, too bad I could only train there for six months.
