I don't change the gym anymore, it's the best gym in town! It has the best equipment the best group classes which in the end with the best professionals in my opinion note 1000 !!!

Very good place to work out and with super new appliances. Great professionals to guide. It has locker rooms with hot water showers.

Você pode frequentar a academia no horário que quiser: funciona de 06h ás 22h e mais: há chuveiros e um secador á disposição para o público feminino.
I love this academy. The appliances are new, diverse, the environment is highly air-conditioned and the teachers and staff are excellent! There are many extra lessons. You can attend the gym at any time you want: it works from 06h to 22h and more: there are showers and a hairdryer for the female audience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia bem estruturada e ótima ergometria, apesar de cara, se analisarmos o custo-benefício e o fato de não ter uma concorrente à altura em Três Rios. Pelo espaço pequeno, às vezes acaba ficando muito cheia e os aparelhos de ar condicionado não dão vazão (parece que são desligados por orientação dos proprietários). As bicicletas das aulas coletivas são boas, porém os bancos, na maioria, são desconfortáveis. Inclusive, apesar da proibição de troca dos bancos, por vezes marcamos uma bicicleta acreditando tratar-se de um banco acolchoado e nos deparamos com outro no lugar. Os profissionais, por sua vez, são excelentes e atenciosos, sobretudo nas aulas coletivas, com destaque pra professora Daiana.
Well-structured gym and great ergometry, although expensive, if we analyze the cost-benefit ratio and the fact that we don't have a comparable competitor in Três Rios. Due to the small space, it sometimes ends up being too crowded and the air conditioners do not flow (it seems that they are turned off by orientation of the owners). The bicycles for group classes are good, but the benches, for the most part, are uncomfortable. Even, despite the prohibition of changing the seats, sometimes we mark a bicycle in the belief that it is a padded seat and find another one in its place. The professionals, in turn, are excellent and considerate, especially in group classes, especially teacher Daiana.
