★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem profissionais que lutam pela mesma, contudo a direção tem que melhorar sua atenção para com a unidade, manutenção fraca, banheiro abafado necessitando de ventilação artificial, condicionadores de ar já desgastados. Agora com a entrada de uma nova gerente, deu uma boa melhorada.
 The academy has professionals who fight for it, however the management has to improve its attention to the unit, poor maintenance, stuffy bathroom needing artificial ventilation, air conditioners already worn out. Now with the entry of a new manager, it has improved a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca gostei muito de malhar e resolvi tentar, assim conheci um dos professores da Well Júlio César que começou a me incentivar e motivar a ir todos os dias! Passei a frequentar a academia e inclusive renovei meu plano recentemente para permanecer na Well exclusivamente para continuar com o apoio desse professor.
Semana passada recebi a notícia que ele seria transferido para outra unidade, logo, eu e outros alunos ficamos muito tristes pois não concordamos com essa decisão. Hoje, recebi a notícia que ele foi demitido.
Ou seja, além de tirar um excelente profissional de uma unidade que ele era muito querido e só tinha a acrescentar e trazer benefício aos alunos, após a transferência, foi demitido (falta de respeito).
Ahhh, pior de tudo é que eles estão mentindo sobre a demissão dele para os alunos que estão indo questionar. Para todos ficarem achando que ele foi transferido e não demitido.

I never really liked working out and decided to try, so I met one of the teachers at Well Júlio César who started to encourage and motivate me to go every day! I started going to the gym and even renewed my plan recently to stay at Well exclusively to continue with the support of this teacher.
Last week I received the news that he would be transferred to another unit, so I and other students were very sad because we did not agree with this decision. Today, I received the news that he was fired.
That is, in addition to taking an excellent professional from a unit that he was very dear to and only had to add and bring benefit to students, after the transfer, he was dismissed (lack of respect).
Ahhh, worst of all is that they are lying about his dismissal to the students who are going to question. For everyone to think that he was transferred and not fired.
Disgusted!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pedir informação. A profissional que atendeu me pediu o whatsapp para poder dar informações. Eu apenas perguntei o valor da mensalidade, dias e horários de funcionamento. A pessoa que me atendeu disse que somente por whatsapp. Perguntei se não poderia dar a informação por telefone, fui respondido (cinicamente) que não, que não poderiam dar "essas informações por telefone, só por whatsapp". Desliguei, claro. Perderam um cliente. E de quebra ganharam um review negativo.
I called to ask for information. The professional who answered asked me for whatsapp to be able to give information. I just asked for the monthly fee, days and hours of operation. The person who answered me said that only by whatsapp. I asked if I couldn't give the information over the phone, I was answered (cynically) that no, that they couldn't give "this information over the phone, just by whatsapp". I hung up, of course. They lost a customer. And they also won a negative review.
