★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia, mas pelo tamanho e investimento de infraestrutura acho inadmissível não ter uma mesa flexora e uma máquina p elevação pélvica, de resto tudo excelente e o atendimento é top.
 Great gym, but due to the size and investment in infrastructure I find it unacceptable not to have a flexor table and a pelvic lift machine, otherwise everything is excellent and the service is top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da academia no periodo da manhã. Por vezes enche a academia e o instrutor, qdo está sozinho, sem um estagiario não consegue dar conta de acompanhar 100% a todos.
O q pega ali é q a academia é um forno agora no verão!!!! A telha esquenta muito, não tem ar condicionado e os ventiladores são poucos e são desligados se não tem alguém mto perto. E, na verdade, todos teriam q ficar ligados o tempo todo p circular o ar e refrescar o ambiente mesmo q não tenham pessoas perto!!!!! E teriam q ser instalados mais ventiladores!!!!! Há pontos sem!!! Isto prejudica na execução dos exercícios, causando fadiga, diminuindo nossa energia p execução dos exercícios!!
I really like the gym in the morning. Sometimes it fills up the gym and the instructor, when he is alone, without an intern cannot manage to accompany 100% of everyone.
What catches there is that the gym is an oven now in the summer!!!! The tile gets very hot, there is no air conditioning and the fans are few and they are turned off if there is no one close by. And, in fact, everyone would have to stay on all the time to circulate the air and refresh the environment even if there are no people around!!!!! And more fans would have to be installed!!!!! There are points without!!! This impairs the execution of the exercises, causing fatigue, decreasing our energy for the execution of the exercises!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz a matricula dos meus filhos na natação na unidade Atlantica e após 4 aulas a academia fechou. Ligo constantente para o Bruno gerente da Unidade e sem retorno. Estão descontando a matricula no meu cartao de credito e nao querem cancelar. Absurdo. Pense muito bem no momento da matricula, pois se quiser cancelar é um transtorno. Ainda não consegui cancelar, terei que resolver judicialmente.
Terrible attendance. I enrolled my children in swimming at the Atlantica unit and after 4 classes the gym closed. I constantly call Bruno the Unit manager and there is no return. They are deducting the registration fee from my credit card and do not want to cancel. Absurd. Think very carefully when registering, because if you want to cancel it is an inconvenience. I still haven't been able to cancel, I will have to resolve it in court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço aulas de natação na unidade duas vezes por semana e a professora é muito atenciosa com todos alunos, ajusta o treino de acordo com a capacidade de cada um e está sempre incentivando a melhora. A academia é muito bem equipada, os vestiários são bem limpos e tudo segue os protocolos de segurança da covid.
I take swimming lessons at the unit twice a week and the teacher is very attentive to all students, adjusts the training according to each one's ability and is always encouraging improvement. The gym is very well equipped, the changing rooms are very clean and everything follows the safety protocols of covid.
